Features - Cotton Composition
|
ELEOTIN® PEDO-PROTECTION socks are created using high quality materials. These socks are composed of 89% Cotton, 9% Nylon, and 2% Lycra® Elastane.
Cotton is the best material for absorbing and wicking away sweat. Bulky, synthetic materials cause the feet to sweat more, creating an ideal environment for fungi and bacteria to thrive because they prevent the sweat from evaporating. Cotton is a superior material for socks because it absorbs and releases perspiration quickly and also allows the foot to ¡°breathe¡±.
Nylon is used for a number of reasons. Being strong and durable, nylon is easy to clean and retains it shape.
Lastly, Lycra® Elastane is used for its stretch and recovery properties. Using this material with ELEOTIN® PEDO-PROTECTION sock provides comfort, fit, and freedom of movement for the user.
